Lee Greenwood Concert: World-renoun pop-country artist, Lee Greenwood, author of "God Bless the USA" will perform on the mainstage prior to the firework show.

Jaycie Ward - Singing of the National Anthem
Jaycie is a ten year old singing dynamo! She has played numerous events in the Augusta Ga and surrounding areas over the last couple of years. What started out as a family past-time of singing karaoke, has turned into a budding musical career. Her crystal clear vocals and super strong voice garners compliments everywhere she goes. No one can believe such a big sound comes out of such a little girl! Comparisons have been made to so many artists, most notibly, LeeAnn Rimes, and Jaycie's idol herself, Martina McBride.

From singing the national anthem at the local minor league baseball games and the National Barrel Horse Association's World Championships to being the special guest artist on a television show honoring teachers, and competing in talent searches across the state, Jaycie enjoys sharing her talent where ever she may be invited. Several times over the last few years, Jaycie has been asked to lend her talents to local charities, and she has very willingly done so. She opened up the Augusta chapter of the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, the CSRA kick-off for the United Way, and even sang on Breast Cancer Awareness night at a GreenJackets game last summer. Whenever or where ever she is asked, if it is for charity, Jaycie is more than willing to share her talents.

434th Army Band
Signal Corps Band

Enjoy the sounds of the Signal Corps Band as it performs patriotic music during the opening \ceremony at 2:30 p.m. Patrons of the event will also be glad to know that they can look forward to hearing the band in concert again later in the day. The Central Savannah River Area is fortunate to have such a wonderfully talented group of Soldier musiciansplaying at a wide variety of venues across the two-state throughout the year.

Eryn Eubanks & Family Fold - Winning local awards such as "Augusta’s Favorite Female Musician", "Augusta’s Favorite Misc. Fletch & Folk - An upcoming good ol rock n' roll band from Augusta, they were formed in mid 2007 and have been pounding local venues ever since the start. The once wedding band, features thriving jams, original music, classic favorites and talented musicians. What should you expect? Friends - The band "Friends" originated in Augusta, GA primarily as a private party band in the mid 1980's. Specializing in Beach Music, Motown, Easy Listening, and Classic Rock, Friends won the coveted title of "Best Band of Augusta" 12 times spanning from 1989-2000. Within the last few years Friends have cut back to only playing 10-15 gigs per year to ensure an enjoyed longevity with the band. This seasoned, experienced band is still one of the tightest groups in Augusta GA and a delight to the ears of all ages.
